2016-17 Membership Renewal – Dues Payment
Thank you for renewing your membership with CFUW St Catharines. We look forward to welcoming you back at our next meeting.
The 2016-17 Membership Dues are:
- Regular member (under 65 on Sept. 1, 2016) with emailed newsletters – $100
- Senior member (over 65 on Sept. 1, 2016) with emailed newsletters – $95
- Regular member with mailed newsletters – $115
- Senior member with mailed newsletters – $110
A late payment fee of $10 will be added to any payment made after the October meeting.
Below are instructions for renewing your membership and paying your 2016-17 dues online. You can continue to pay via cheque by mail to Martha Abra or in person at a meeting. See your Member Renewal Form for details.
- Online Payment
You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, Interac or PayPal. (NOTE there is a $3.00 convenience fee for using online payments)
- Select your desired membership option
- Click the “Buy Now” button, and follow the instructions from the PayPal secure payment website.
To make any changes to the information or dues amount listed on your Member Renewal Form, please indicate this on your form and email, mail or hand it in to Martha or the membership committee.
You will receive a receipt by email (or in the mail) when your renewal has been processed.
Members may participate in Interest Groups once their membership dues for 2016-17 have been paid in full.
NEW – PRIVACY LEGISLATION CONSENT
To ensure our club’s compliance with various privacy laws, we have added the following new section:
|MEMBER DATABASE & DIRECTORY: Information collected on this form will be used by CFUW St Catharines to create a Member database. Some of the information will be provided in aggregate format to CFUW National. The information will be used to publish a Member Directory in various formats including: a PDF file emailed to members, a printed list available to members, and a file available for download from the Members-only login section of the CFUW St Catharines website. The information will not be sold, loaned or provided in any way to any other individual or organization. The Directory is for the use of Club members with respect to their Club activities. It is not to be used for other purposes such as marketing. The Database information is also used for various other Club-related materials such as Interest Group lists for member-use only.|
OPT OUT: If you do not wish to have your name or photo or personal information included in the Member Directory, or have your photo or name included in the newsletter, website or Facebook pages, you can restrict the use of your information by initialing the applicable section of your Membership Renewal Form and mailing or handing it in to Martha or the membership committee or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
