2016-festive-dinner-ticket-3blOur December event is a highlight of CFUW St. Catharines annual calendar. It’s an evening for Club members to celebrate the season. Each year, our members work their inspired magic to donate a collection of wonderful items for our Silent Auction. These special gifts range from holiday baskets to opportunities to experience the many and varied talents of the CFUW members (such as gourmet dinners!). The proceeds from the evening support the causes in our community to which we are committed.

Festive Dinner Tickets: $30 -  available at the November meeting or from Virginia Cianciolo (Scott/Bunting) or Anne Marie Stockwell (Glenridge/Glendale).

Lisa Lubin – Steel Drum

Lisa Lubin has been a musician in Niagara for over 35 years.   She has had the pleasure of being part of the Metropolitan Music Theater in Toronto as a child, and has sung in choirs all of her life.  In 2012, she had the distinct honour of being a guest artist musician with the Niagara Symphony as part of their pop series. Lisa plays a variety of instruments, however her passion is the contagious rhythms of calypso and reggae music and the steel drum, which she has played since she was 17 years old.
